@ lines in mh.ini are used by the http://localhost:8080/bin/iniedit.pl web
interface.  They are the help entries for the following line(s).

#@ lines in a common code script are displayed by
http://localhost:8080/bin/code_select.pl as a description of that script.

Lines that start with # Category = are also used by these scripts to group
ini parameters and common code scripts.
